AVA Group is committed to respecting and protecting the privacy and personal data of customers, partners, employees, candidates and all related individuals when accessing the website, using products or services or interacting with AVA Group in any form. This Privacy Policy describes how AVA Group collects, processes, stores, uses, discloses and protects personal data in accordance with applicable laws of Vietnam, including Decree No. 13/2023/ND-CP on Personal Data Protection. By providing personal data to AVA Group, the data subject acknowledges that they have read, understood and agreed to the terms of this Policy.

Personal Data means information in the form of symbols, letters, numbers, images, sounds or similar forms that are associated with or capable of identifying a specific individual. Data Subject means the individual to whom the personal data relates. Personal Data Processing means one or more operations performed on personal data including collection, recording, analysis, storage, modification, use, disclosure, deletion or destruction. Data Controller means AVA Group which determines the purposes and means of personal data processing.

AVA Group may collect basic personal data such as full name, phone number, email address, contact address, company or organization information and the content of communications, inquiries or requests. In certain cases AVA Group may process sensitive personal data such as financial or payment information for contractual purposes, employment or recruitment records or other data as required by law or subject to separate and explicit consent of the data subject. AVA Group does not collect personal data beyond what is necessary for lawful and legitimate purposes.

AVA Group processes personal data for purposes including providing, operating and improving products and services, consulting and customer care activities, handling requests and inquiries, negotiating, executing and managing contracts, managing relationships with customers, partners and employees, complying with legal, accounting, tax and audit obligations, conducting research, analysis, statistics and reporting in anonymized form where appropriate and preventing risks, fraud and disputes.

AVA Group processes personal data based on one or more legal grounds including the valid consent of the data subject, performance of contractual obligations, compliance with legal obligations, protection of the legitimate rights and interests of AVA Group and related parties or emergency situations as prescribed by law.

Personal data shall be retained for the period necessary to fulfill the processing purposes or as required by applicable laws. Upon expiration of the retention period personal data will be deleted, destroyed or anonymized in accordance with AVA Group’s internal procedures.

AVA Group may disclose or share personal data with subsidiaries, affiliates or member companies within the AVA Group ecosystem, partners and service providers supporting business operations such as IT, accounting, legal or marketing services, competent state authorities as required by law or other parties with the explicit consent of the data subject. AVA Group ensures that such disclosure is limited to the necessary scope and that recipients are subject to confidentiality and data protection obligations.

AVA Group applies appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data including access control mechanisms, data classification and internal access segregation, encryption and secure data backup, staff training on information security and data protection and procedures for incident response and data breach management.

In accordance with applicable laws data subjects have the right to be informed, the right to give or withdraw consent, the right to access and rectify personal data, the right to request deletion of personal data, the right to restrict or object to personal data processing and the right to lodge complaints or initiate legal proceedings.

AVA Group does not intentionally collect personal data of children unless consent is obtained from a parent or legal guardian in accordance with applicable laws.

AVA Group reserves the right to amend or update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version shall be published on the official website of AVA Group and shall take effect from the date of publication.
